This website is operated under the ZIXOU brand by AGAPE SARL in Baabda, Lebanon. These terms cover use of the website and general conditions for business inquiries. A signed proposal, statement of work, or contract controls any paid engagement and takes precedence where its terms differ from this page.

Website use

You may use this website to review ZIXOU services, published insights, methodologies, and case-study information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful material through its forms.

Proposals and scope

Service scope, named deliverables, timing, responsibilities, fees, acceptance criteria, and reporting cadence are documented in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Work outside that scope may require written approval and a revised estimate.

Fees, cancellation, and refunds

Payment schedules and cancellation terms are stated in each signed proposal. Fees already earned for completed work, approved expenses, or time reserved and performed are generally non-refundable. If an engagement is cancelled, ZIXOU will account for work completed and any prepaid, unused amount according to the signed proposal. Nothing here limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Performance and measurement

Search rankings, advertising costs, AI citations, traffic, and lead volume are affected by third-party platforms, competition, budgets, market conditions, and client implementation. Case-study results are historical account data, not guarantees. Reporting definitions and data sources will be identified in the engagement scope.

Client access and materials

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials they provide and for maintaining suitable backups. Credentials should be shared only through an agreed secure channel and revoked when they are no longer needed.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are defined in the signed proposal. Each party should protect non-public business, technical, and customer information received during an engagement and use it only for the agreed work, subject to applicable law.

Availability and liability

ZIXOU works to keep this website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every published item will remain current. Any service warranties, liability limits, and dispute terms are set out in the applicable signed agreement.
